OUR STORY

A decade of building logistics that work

MTP Group Fulfillment was founded in 2015 by Mykola Liashchuk with a straightforward idea: Ukrainian e-commerce businesses deserve warehouse logistics that are fast, transparent, and built for scale. What started as a single 200-square-meter storage space in the Kyiv region with a team of just three people has grown into one of Ukraine's most recognized 3PL fulfillment operations.

Over the next ten years, the company grew from handling a handful of parcels per day to processing thousands of orders every morning before lunch. The team expanded from the original 3 to more than 50 full-time employees — warehouse operators, account managers, IT specialists, and quality control staff. Each person was hired not just for skill, but for the ability to stay calm under pressure, because the true test of a logistics company is not how it performs on a normal Tuesday, but how it performs when everything goes sideways.

By 2020, demand had outgrown the original facility. Mykola made the decision to open a second warehouse rather than simply expanding the first — a strategic choice driven by the principle of geographic diversification. When the full-scale invasion began in February 2022, that decision proved prescient. Both facilities remained operational, and MTP Group did not miss a single day of shipping. Not one.

2015 — Founded. First warehouse, team of 3, serving 5 clients.

Geographic diversification is not a luxury — it is a core operational requirement for any logistics company operating in a country at war. Our two-site model ensures that even if one facility faces disruption, the other absorbs the load with zero delay.

Shchaslyve — 2,800 m²

Located minutes from Boryspil International Airport (KBP) — Ukraine's busiest air cargo hub. This is our primary fulfillment center where the majority of daily order processing takes place. The proximity to the airport means inbound air freight inventory moves from the tarmac to our shelves within hours, not days.

The facility houses our central WMS servers, main packing stations, and the primary Nova Poshta pickup point with multiple daily collections.

Backup facility

Bilohorodka — 1,100 m²

Situated on the western edge of the Kyiv region, Bilohorodka (1,100 m²) provides geographic diversification and additional capacity. When peak season hits — Black Friday, pre-holiday rushes, or flash sales — this facility absorbs the surge without impacting assembly speed at the main site.

The Bilohorodka warehouse also serves as a dedicated hub for heavy and oversized goods, with reinforced pallet racking and forklift access designed for items weighing 30 to 60 kg per unit.

MTP Group's two-warehouse model — with facilities in Shchaslive (2,800 m²) and Bilohorodka (1,100 m²), positioned on opposite sides of the Kyiv agglomeration — was designed specifically to mitigate this risk.
